  • Let me say I am pleased with the customer service I received here from the service department. My car broke down while here 7hrs away from home. Frank got my car serviced and I was on the road the next day. This was an alternator replacement in 2016. Fast forward to 2018, you guessed it my alternator went out again here at home in DC. I called own to Metro, the first service tech Charles said the part was still under warranty and I could go to any Honda dealer. GREAT NEWS so I thought. Went to my local pohanka honda in Capitol Heights, MD. Things went south from there when Pohanka told me thag my service could not be covered under warranty and my service would be $600+. I called Metro back and Alex the service manager called and walked Pohanka service tech's thru the service that I should receive and that my part is INDEED covered. Alex saved me $600+ dollars. I am so pleased with this customer service all done on the phone. I would DEFINITELY recommend them. PART 2 of the other side of this review will be on Pohanka Honda of Capitol Heights, MD.
