There doesn't seem to be any consistency between their locations now, as their was when the first opened. The quality of the car wash is hit or miss depending on the day, the location and the manager. Their flagship 44th Street does a above average job, always has. This location was terrible. I was #3 or #4 in line at the pay station and I was either on the sidewalk or hanging out in the street because cars where honking at me. I asked the young nice man at the pay kiosk to tell them to use the high pressure prep gun on my car and he stated "no" we don't do that anymore. When I got to the front of the tunnel I asked again and was told "we" told have one. He wasn't lying they don't have a prep-gun to get heavy dirt off your vehicle before going thru the tunnel. I want the dust and dirt removed sometimes before going thru the tunnel so as the brushes don't scratch my car due to the dirt/dust particles on my paint job. Other express car washes will use the prep-gun as to ensure that doesn't happen. I paid for the wheel package asked for no tire shine, just rim and tire scrub and only received it on the passenger side, the drive side was broken! I can't recommend this location until ownership starts taking back pride in the rest of their car washes as they do at the 44th location. I work hard for my money like most Americans and when I spend it at a car wash I expect a clean, dry and shiny car when I leave no excuses or short cuts to prop up their profit margins. My suggestion start treating all your location like 44th and invest the time, labor and resources to give the customer what they expect.
