  • I was 20 minutes late to my appointment and was told Dr. Wurm would not see me because she was ready to go home. Less I remind you that not one time have I ever been seen on time. As a matter of fact I have had to wait 30 minutes pass my scheduled time even though I arrived early.This lets me know that this establishment cares nothing about their patients, has no consideration and has double standards. Needless to say I will not be returning despite the many test and results I may have repeat, but a physician that takes care in me rather than the time arrival is much more important to me.
