It is difficult to be self motivated to lose weight. But now, with the help and motivation that Debra provides, I am making progress. I had a splendid bike ride on Saturday. She timed it perfectly, to end just before it became too hot. She understands the dangers the desert can cause, making sure everyone on the ride hydrates properly. Upon return, she has a healthy well balanced snack prepared. This is followed by a class in nutrition.
