  • Why 1 star? We took a 2006 Mitsubishi Galant in for an air conditioning issue. I had no idea what the problem was. The result we were told was we needed to rebuild the system at a cost of 1900.00 + dollars. This is very pricey according to some online info however we decided to trust Joe's advice (big mistake). Shortly after the AC system was rebuilt the AC was blowing warm air. We took it back as it has a 1 year warranty yet they acted as if they didn't know us and they would check it as a favor. This is when it goes down hill even more. They found a leaking Schrader valve and appropriately fixed the leak. Then a couple weeks later the AC unit is blowing warm air again. Once again we take it in and they look over the system and no the high pressure hose is leaking and must be repaired for 500.00+ dollars. Now I am suspicious! I talked to my wife's father and unknown to me he mentioned the high pressure hose was leaking to my wife prior to us taking the car to Joes's the very first time. This means Joes's did a piss poor over priced job of rebuilding our AC system and should have known about the high pressure hose during the first diagnostic and failed to tell us. I will never go back to this business and the customer service is piss poor to say the least! Shameful
