  • Bob at AZ Eddy's has always treated me extremely well. I have used so many other companies in the past and they always say I need to do this and that and it's going to cost me this much. Bob has never said that I "needed" to do anything, although he has recommended some minor updates that would make my AC units more efficient and are minor costs. He accidentally broke my fan motor yesterday (it was 12 years old and likely going to go out soon anyway) while he was replacing my fan blade...and instead of saying "hey, your fan motor just went out and it's going to cost this much"...he did it absolutely free (over $300) because he said it could have lasted another few years and that it was his fault. I will not use anyone else for my AC needs and highly recommend AZ Eddy's AC. I am a stickler when it comes to customer service, and Bob has blown me away with his professionalism and HONESTY!
