  • After having to call to complain about their overly aggressive marketing tactics to replace my R.O. system filters (constant phone calls) and seeing the other poor reviews on Yelp, I decided to give them a chance and sent a request to be contacted by one of their best technicians to give me a quote on replacing my filters. You see, if you simply call and speak to customer service, they WILL NOT give you a quote. They will only take your name and number and say a technician will call. Its an obvious ploy to upsell you. Anyway, the reply to my request was NO REPLY AT ALL. Maybe it was because I told them I will not pay a "Trip Charge" for the service. There are plenty of other companies out there and this is my experience with Aqua Science. Make up your own mind.
