  • Wish there was a negative star option. I have been renting apartments for nearly 20 years and have never come across another company with less respect for tenants. We were in a pinch to get an apartment so we signed the lease even though my gut said we shouldn't based on all the wording basically giving up our rights. I thought there was a chance it was standard wording and they wouldn't take advantage of the clauses about being able to enter at any time and tenants needing to handle maintenance issues on their own. The apartment itself was okay but I didn't appreciate unannounced visits including an "inspection" or optional home improvement projects that could have been done before or after our lease. Many reasons not to rent from this company... I wish we never signed that lease. Only hope I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake!
