Being a neighborhood guy, decided to stop in with another couple without knowing much about the place. Got there at about 7:30 on a Friday and sat at the bar (plenty of open tables at that time). Bartender was a really nice guy, took time to explain the menu and their philosophy. Ordered a few beers and some bourbon and started with the fried green tomatoes (awesome).
So far so good.
Ordered pulled pork and pork ribs with different sauces. Entrees were excellent and the sides were very very good. Corn bread hit the spot.
Overall, great food, good value, and a great addition to the neighborhood. Will definitely return and will be sure to tell friends about the place.
