  • I am writing this review on behalf of me and my wife. When we began the arduous process of purchasing our first home we had no idea where to begin. From the moment Shyla introduced herself to us in her office we knew we were in good hands. Both me and my wife consider ourselves to be good judges of character and we both felt exceptionally pleased, comfortable, and excited after our first meeting with Shyla. Shyla's demeanor was very pleasant and extremely helpful from the very beginning. During our property search phase Shyla was genuinely committed to making sure we found the home that was perfect for our family. She was more than happy to give of her time making certain that we saw each property while making valuable suggestions along the way based on our expectations. Her input was invaluable as this was a new experience for us. Once we settled on a property that we liked and the buying process began, Shyla walked us through everything step by step. She communicated directly with our lender and the builders on our behalf throughout the entire process, never allowing us to stress out and always explaining everything to us in detail along the way. Our builder and the sales team were fantastic and really thought very highly of Shyla. They were happy doing business with her on our behalf and that was a major plus! However; In the final phase of closing and signing for our home we unfortunately encountered an individual who wasn't very courteous or respectful of us and Shyla wouldn't have any of it. She had our back 100% and set the individual straight. We knew that Shyla was awesome but this was the icing on the cake. I must say that during one of the most exciting and stressful times in our lives having Shyla as not only our agent but as our FRIEND helped us get through it all and into our brand new home. The home that we dreamed about for so long. Shyla is amazingly passionate about seeing people's dreams realized and she has become a great friend to our family as well. If you are looking for a home for you and your family, do yourself a huge favor and allow Shyla to help you see it through. She TRULY cares and it shows!
