  • Cynthia in the framing department is by far the best example of customer service, I have experienced in a long time. I wanted a picture frame repaired or replaced. She said that they don't repair there, but then proceeded to show me how to make minor repairs, and return for a refit for a very reasonable price. She also walked me to where the wood glues were and helped me take my purchases to check out counter. I am not accustomed to such personal service. Nice to see it still exists.
