  • It is 5pm and my delivery hasn't show up yet so decided to call the girl from the customer service extremely rude and denied me a conversation with a manager. I asked why not giving a heads up the delivery wasn't on time and she started to get agitated. Delivery is behind not 30 minutes more like another 1:30 minutes more waiting not too optimistic. I am beyond upset. Still waiting for a call back. I will never again buy anything from Wayfair unless they change delivery company. Zero starts.
