  • The providers here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very informative about what everything was and how my baby should be developing during my anatomy scan. Wait wasn't long at all. But I knocked down a star because the issue I had with them was regarding my insurances. So apparently my secondary insurance changed as of the day of my appt. (how convenient and not their fault) and they do not take it. But the receptionist asked me if anyone called me the day before to let me know but I didn't receive any call. So fail on their part. Because I wouldn't have came in had I knew this information. But I was already there so I said what the heck. They told my what my total cost is going to be but said they will waive it for today and try to bill through both my insurances. And I must tell you, an anatomy scan is not cheap! I also knocked down another star because they don't print out the ultrasound pictures, they send it to you via phone and/or email. It's been a week and I still have not received them. I called them yesterday and they said they will re-send it... Still nothing.
