  • First not good when your rep Lisa argues with me about the service man coming. 1st time service was scheduled for 10-16 from 11-2. Gee never showed. Called I was not schedule for that day had me listed under another day. Reschedule for following day 11-2. I waited till 2 called the office, no one showed again. Service man said he called (I carried the phone everyway in the house while waiting - no one called) he was here at 123 and no one answered even though it sounded like someone was home. He supposedly left a service card at door. Well since my front blinds are open and I was sitting watching tv 4 feet from the front door, plus I have 3 dogs (don't you think they would of started barking if he was at the door ... um). No notice at door, even looked around the yard in case it blew off. There is no way someone came to my door and I would not of known about it. Seems like your service men are screwing off. I will not be calling to reschedule for the 3rd time. I've wasted 8 hours in 2 days waiting on this company. Not again.
