Received a call from their corporate office letting me know they have seen my review and that they would be sending my review the the general manager & to Sherry. She let me know that I should be receiving a call from Sherry. I appreciated the quick response and the fact that she was genuinely appalled by my experience.
I received a call from the general manager later on that day who apologized, but then followed her apology with what sounded to me like a defense for this location and its workers. How do you apologize and then follow your apology with, "This isn't normal for that location." Excuse me? Have you checked out the other Yelp reviews & Facebook reviews? If you have at least 10 minutes to do the research you can totally see that the unprofessionalism (especially from the receptionist) is a common thing. Whatever, not going to argue with a person. She even told me that Sherry would be giving me a call. Guess what? As of today, still no call. Great management. Guess I can't be too surprised since normally behavior like this isn't just out of the blue & the manager more than likely knows this goes on while she isn't there.
