Let me start by saying that Daniel is extremely kind, and my pool is unusually large. I think he got in over his head. Between yard remodeling and a dirty filter, my pool was not a 20-minute weekly service call during much of the 8 weeks he worked on our pool.
What I found really disappointing was that instead of him calling or ringing at my door to say he had concerns and needed to raise my monthly rate, he simply sent an email saying he could no longer service my pool. It left me in a lurch. Luckily my previous pool person, who is a little more expensive but has more experience, was able to turn the pool around in 3 days and get everything running properly.
