| - These guys were so confident in their customer service, they asked us to check out their reviews. I'm here to say something different. If you want your furniture, don't expect to get it the day you want it. I scheduled to have a desk picked up on a Thursday, but due to scheduling conflicts, asked to move it to a Friday, which both Chris and a person who replied to my email both agreed on. I arrived on Friday with a Uhaul ready to go, only to find out they were going to be closed that day, and would be for the next three days. It would've been nice if they gave us a heads up. Nobody answered the phone when I called the number they provided. I went in person to talk to the manager and told them about our situation. Christian apologized, and told us, "we understand your frustration, but we can deliver the desk and set it up for a fee". Are you kidding me? I probably would've done that a long time ago if I knew this was going to happen. Free delivery and set up would've been a better offer for the inconvenience they caused us. I'm never coming back here again, and I'm warning all you yelpers to avoid this store.
