I needed a rental car for the week before my wedding. This company could care less about customer service. I came to pick up my car, waited half an hour in line only to have my card declined, so I had to go get another card from home. The rental agent said he would hold my reservation. I came back and waited another 30 minutes in line. The guy that said he would hold my reservation was gone and they said they had no record I was even there. They cancelled my reservation. I asked the agent to speak to his manager and even the manager was like "too bad." They wouldn't honor my previous, cheaper reservation but they would rent me one at three times the price. There I was, the week of my wedding, stressed with so much to do, and I started crying right there in front of them. Genuine tears from me, no compassion from them. This company needs to change their focus to the customers! Also, this company overbooks rentals. The first guy I saw at the counter told me this. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
