Return policy says return the phone with in 14 days undamaged! It says nothing about your account can't be closed. I switched cell phone company's last night and Now today less then 24 hrs later I'm returning the other companys phone. I have been here almost 2 hours just for TMobile to tell me there is nothing they can do.... they can't reactive my account just to return the phone... telling me I'll still be responsible for paying for a $900 even though I'm going by their return policy!!! I can't return the phone
