  • The hotel room itself is very nice. However, the check in experience felt as if I was checking into the circus circus hotel. The check in lady named Jessica was cold, uncommunicative, and gave attitude. Long story shot, she didn't explain the fees to us and made us feel unwelcome upon check in. During the time of Vegas strong, she really made Vegas feel weak.
