| - I am at a loss on this one. I called the other day because I could not login to the website, which I have done before. Tried the password reset and it did not find my email. She says your email is incorrect, I will fix it for you.
Regardless, I scheduled a service call for my kitchen sink/garbage disposal/dish washer. Basically the water was not draining and sitting in my dish washer.
They sent out Collins Commercial Services on a Friday, I was told I was the last appointment he had for the day. The guy they sent was very degrading and made it sound like I was a not smart enough to know I had an issue. He basically said all this was a minor issue because the disposal was jammed showed me how to use a wrench to un jam the blade. Then suggested I run bleach through the dishwasher and ice down the disposal because it was so loud. He said that would rattle around and clear up the noise. I did that, and 5 minutes later the water begins spewing out of the bottom of my sink.
That's not 1/2 the problem.. I call (because email was never fixed) to re-schedule a visit to fix(requires another full day off work). I told the service rep what the issue was and requested another company. If I go with another company have to pay. I also explained why I wanted another company and tech. 10 minutes talking and her responding asking questions about times I am available and she NEVER said anything like "I am sorry you felt that way" "I apologize for the inconvenience we will take care of it", "we will review your statements further" NOTHING basically dead silence except scheduling the appointment.
UNTIL, I mentioned that I wanted to speak with a manager about how the company does not seem to care that a customer felt belittled, put down, and insulted since she did not acknowledge what I said. She went on to say that she was a good listener (WHAT TO YOUR EAR BUDS IN YOUR EARS?) and did not want to say anything because she wanted to listen. But she assured me she took good notes. Once I said they are getting a bad review on the Yelp, tone changed.
I get that they contract with other companies, but stand by the service and show some respect when someone files a complaint.
