  • I would highly recommend Super kids. My son has diet restrictions and this daycare has taken his diet restrictions very seriously. I previously had some concerns with some staffing issues and had some questions. To which not only Betsy took very seriously but also the ownership took my concerns very seriously. Not only that, they even took action and corrected any issues that they were unaware of. So often I have seen concerns just brushed off or told that changes will be made. But ms.Betsy ensured and took appropriate action, in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them, without a doubt. *UPDATE* February 1st this daycare was sold. And the new ownership I feel like knows nothing about efficiency for the parents. Honestly, I was excited to see what changes were upcoming and am sorely disappointed. The following is a list of issues I have had since the new ownership has taken over: They moved the location of the log in and out books to right in front of the door when you walk in, and are trying to go paperless when they are not well equipped enough for it. Here's my issue with this. Prior to I was able to drop my son off without hassle or any waiting. Now I have to maneuver through people, wait in a line of people logging their kid in and out(cause they apparently only have 1 pen now) in addition to people asking various questions and employees clocking in and out. The paperless option is a great alternative tool, however it is down very often and they only have 1 device for all parents AND employees. So there is typically a line for that. Something so simple has tripled the time to drop off my son. I am a single mom, that works over 40 hours a week. And now I have to leave the house much earlier to get to work at the same time. The next issue I have is that there is absolutely no point to the daily sheets they send out daily they are hardly ever accurate. My son is lactose intolerant and he consistently has on his sheet that they fed him dairy products. And every time I ask I'm told "oh well those are just standard but we didn't give him that" what is the point of the daily report if it is not accurate. Just a waste of time for the staff at that point. The next issue is with the fact that I have had to provide an excess of diapers since Feburary 1st. Half of the time he comes home in someone else's diapers. And those daily forms says he is only being changed 2 times a day, 3 times max. Once again what is the point of the daily activity if it is not accurate. When I asked about this I was given a math on the daily report saying that according to standards children are changed once every 2 hours even if a little wet and so I should expect to replenish diapers every 6-8 days. But I don't go through as many diapers at home as the daycare does, as my son goes potty in the toilet half the time. And still does not explain why he is coming home with some else's diapers and I have to replenish every 4-5 days. And why over the course of the last 6 months (when he wasn't even remotely potty trained) this was not the case and not the rate of him going through diapers. Just does not add up at all. And to the final HUGE issue that I have is that afternoon staff in the TWOS room/ entire daycare. The morning staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! But the afternoon staff is the worse. My son came home in girl's clothes one day(where the clothes I brought in 6 months ago went is beyond me) and doesn't even send home the dirty clothes. So I bring in another change of clothes since they lost the first set. Couple days later I go to pick up my 2 and a half year old son and he is in 6month pants. When I asked the 3 women standing in the ones room, talking while my son was in the room behind them by himself why he was in these clothes as I brought him a change of clothes they say that they couldn't find his clothes and that they just took something from lost and found in the ones room. And rolled their eyes at me. Then I asked them for his dirty clothes and the woman sighed at me like I was inconveniencing her and rolled her eyes said she couldn't find them and to talk to the morning staff tomorrow. I told her that I would wait for her to find them. I was in no rush and what do you know they found it 30 seconds later. The morning staff in the TWOS room is absolutely amazing and you can tell that they care about the kids but the afternoons staff demeanor has greatly gone down since new ownership. Maybe they are implementing some things that they don't like and choose to take it out on the kids. I don't know. But I'll be looking for a new daycare ASAP
