  • The only reason I give Jump 2 It 4 stars is the price. I had John come out to fix a hose bib for me and a few other projects. He was prompt and very thorough with assessing what I needed. Again, the price point was a little higher than I thought, but the professionalism was what sold me. He did the jobs well and even flushed my hot water tank at no charge! The girls in the office were really friendly when I called to schedule and they called when John was on his way. I really appreciate knowing who is going coming out. I will definitely use them again.
