Slowest service ever. Always. Either they aren't properly staffed or they are so worried about the drive thru that they completely ignore the people standing in front of them. Tonight we watched people walk out (they were tired of waiting) and not a single employee noticed. Clearly we all keep coming back but, now that there's a DQ at Westgate, I think we will at least move our business elsewhere. Customer service is important and this location is seriously lacking. And the best part? Once the line died down the employees came out to the lobby to play the claw machine game. Seriously?
