  • I came here for outpatient surgery. The nurses were all so pleasant. When I awoke from surgery there seemed to be one nurse that was responsible for just watching me, that was awesome. My only reason for the 4 stars was because of the check-in process. I gave my name at the desk, the woman looked down at her red charts and told me, quite rudely, that I didn't pre-register. I corrected her and told that I did pre-register and I was there on Thursday taking care of everything. She then said someone would call me up. An hour later and I was still sitting there. I went up to the desk and they couldn't even find my chart. The lady who "checked me in" was on break. It took them a few minutes but eventually they figured out that no one made me a chart and that's why I hadn't been called up. At this point my surgery was scheduled for 9:30 and it was already 9:05. I was irritated because they tell you to get there two hours early and I hadn't even started my prep for surgery yet. Everything was fine after that, but they need to do a better job at getting people checked in the correct way. The first woman should've realized that there was no chart for me. Five stars other than her.
