rev:text	I like bulk barn. I always spend $70-$100 each month at this location from the first week it opened. However today was bad. The cashier, who corrected my bill because I asked for a student discount which I've not known it has been existed! Maybe I was blind --" I asked the first cashier for a discount after I heard it from another customer. Unfortunately, she finished the payment already. So she asked her supervisor (I guess) to do it for me. That supervisor or someone didn't smile at all. She showed such a bad attitude. I knew it was my bad that I didn't inform you before but I didn't realize it at the time. I actually didn't care about the discount anymore but I wanted to see how she handled it. And it turned out bad. She showed that I annoyed her! Haha. Was it funny? It wasn't for me. Discount is never a big deal for me but service is. I don't understand how she could be someone that the company gave an authorization to correct purchases or void items. It's a service which every store must provide to its customers. Those people must have service minds and understand their customers thru customers' perspectives. NOT this one! I'm your customer. I don't need to be supervised or have told to do something. You can explain me or give me the alternatives which are more valuable for me. If not, why you bother to work in sales or service. Bulk barn needs to reconsider about the employee training programs. Or you can try to check the service quality by yourself. You will see it how your employees really do. I don't know if bulk barn considers me as a profitable customer or not. I hope my voice will be heard. Thank you. P.S. Only one bad attitude staff can push many customers away. You know better than us.
