  • Set your phone to record all your conversations with them. My interactions started off well enough, but slowly got worse. I brought in a Groupon and 5 days later, after a ton of high pressure sales tactics, I picked up my vehicle and they hadn't even done my brakes, just the oil. I thought the groupon price was maybe a way for them to generate long term customers, but it's just a way for them to bait and switch. Don't be fooled. These are high pressure commission sales people and they will disarm you with charm and slowly reel you in. I wish i had recorded all my conversations with them.
