  • We placed a delivery order 24 hours in advance for my birthday party. Half an hour after our scheduled delivery time, we called as there was still no food. Our order had never been processed, and it would be two hours before they could get food to us. There was no offer to discount or rush a delivery to us, as I sit here with a house full of people and no food. We had to scramble to order food from somewhere else, Needless to say, Joe's New York Pizza will never receive our business again.
