  • Randy started out at my appointment 30 minutes early. He called to make sure it was ok to get an early start. The original plan was to clean my sofa and loveseat, but after a fair quote I decided to ask if there was enough time to clean my carpets as well. Good news for me Randy was able to get my carpets and furniture looking great! My 7+ year old couches are like new. Don't get sucked in with a cheap offer because you might get a cheap looking service as well. Stick with F & F, they have lots of great reviews and they are willing to stand by their work.
