  • If their internet, reservations, and phone representatives are any indicator of how the rest of this Casino/Hotel is, then this place should be out of business! They offer promotions, you go online and the promotion is available so you try and book them. Once you fill out all the info and press enter, the online site puts you into a wait system that never connects (just keeps telling you "processing your request. You never know if it connected, took your credit card info, or what, etc.). So then you now have to call the hotel. The first time I was on hold so long that I had to hang up and call back(more than 10 minutes). Then once you do get to reservations they automatically tell you that the room and rate you saw on the promotion is now not available, but make you some other less appealing offer! When you question them about the internet promotions, etc., they tell you if you feel you can get the online offer/price then do it (fully knowing that their site is not working). This is what you get when you try helping out some of the casinos/hotels not on the strip. America at it's finest.
