  • They are the WORST. Charged 500+ for a tow! I have no idea why State Farm contracts these idiots as emergency roadside assistance. Super rude and unhelpful, told me the bill "didn't sound right." Had a supervisor take off a few of the charges as if it was a favor, but the charges were incorrect to begin with. Total bill came out to $369. That's astronomical for a damn tow! Luckily my insurance got it figured out and paid but I will be askin. State Farm to end their contract with these people, and to never dispatch one of their drivers to me again.
