  • I am very upset. I came in to purchase a 5 pound brisket like I do at every other butcher in town. The butcher REFUSED to sell me anything under 9 pounds. Why do people drive way out of their way to go to a butcher instead of going to the supermarket? So they can get the custom piece of meat that they want. I am very upset. I felt like he was forcing me to buy that huge brisket like I was being ripped off by a mechanic. I am not happy.
