  • I have been here a few times in the past quite a while ago and was very impressed with their tacos. We went this last time for happy hour, there was 4 of us. We started off in the bar inside and have to say it is beautiful. It is worth it to go and have a few drinks and just experience the place. After a drink inside we went outside to wait for our friends. Unfortunately the tacos were not up to par this time. We all had different tacos and nobody was impressed. I had the lamb taco which I had before and remembering loving. This time there was too much blue cheese on it which masked all the other flavors. It didn't even have the distinct lamb flavor that lamb is supposed to have. I was even wondering if it really was lamb! The other tacos were the shrimp, pork and beef but nobody was impressed with their tacos. We also had an appetizer which consisted of green humus and guacamole with vegetables and crisp pita like chips. The guac was all right but the humus was absolutely the worst I have had in any restaurant. I was told it was hummus, may it wasn't? Anyway it did not have much of any flavor to it. They gave us about a quarter of a cup and we didn't even eat half. Too bad because I love hummus. Drinks are good here so I would come back for that. I like that they have a brown ale and a stout because so many places don't carry dark beers and have like 5 IPA's! I like a good IPA but so many at one place? Also had some good red wine here too. Can't complain about the service inside at the bar or outside. Very attentive & friendly service. I hope that this was just an off night for them because, like I said, the past 2 times I was impressed with their tacos.
