  • I think their advertised pricing is misleading. I had a clogged kitchen drain that was cleared but not for the $49.95 price they advertise or tell you about when you call. All that covers is running the disposer for a few seconds and that might (emphasis on MIGHT) unclog the drain. I had already tried several drain openers to no avail so turning the disposer on/off was a joke. Since the disposer "trick" didn't clear the drain, the price became $134 and change. Since they were already here, I had them do the job even though I could have had it done for around $115. I suspect if I had not had them do it, I would have been charged a travel fee or similar charge. The 3 star rating is for the fact that they completed the job and cleared the clog. I would not have them again.
