  • Save yourself the money and pain (literally). First off, good luck having any sort of descent encounter with anyone who works here, especially Jill. Zero chance you get any help if you have an issue. I understand Arizona is hot in the summer, I was prepared for that.. what a wasn't prepared for was to have electric bills every month ranging from $150 (winter) to $500 (summer) maintenance came numerous times, claimed nothing was wrong. However we found numerous gaps in the windows in doors which we had to take care of ourselves. And then... THE SCORPIONS. We were on a second floor unit, we saw scorpions more often than we saw our neighbors. We've been stung. Once, we had a scorpion drop down into our kitchen light, when I went down to the office and asked Jill to send maintenance come and get it out, she told me maintenance had higher priorities than that and offered no other help. We were overjoyed to move, we even left early due to our awful experience here.
