  • Broke my bumper off my car and said it wasnt their fault. Crap business! Mike the manager sucked at customer service. Failed to fix my car. Denied it happened. My car arrived fine now the bumper is hanging off. AINT NOTHIN' SUPERSTAR! Reply to the manager comment: thats not how i brought it in. I saw it go through the car wash, including one of your employees acknowledged my car was not like that after the wash. When i left it wasnt like that even after the wash. No one bothered to call me about it. Regardless of what you say, i didnt bring my car in like that. I came to get my daughters car detailed and paid good money for it, mind you this is one of her graduation gifts, i expect my car the way i left it. Show me the video of when it fell of voluntarily, without a subpoena. Not in falling condition then blaming someone else. Ive read many other websites indicating several suits against Superstar. Cant deny that one, i can just look them up and post them for you if you would like. As a matter of fact, i will post it everywhere... all the lawsuits you have because it is public information.
