These guys serve Taiwanese desserts and have recently begun serving hot meals as well. The quality of their food is pretty good if benchmarking against general Taiwanese cuisine, service is a bit weak especially if you don't speak 'no Mandarin, hard to get your order across. Prep time also take a bit too long. Staff don't appear like they enjoy what they're doing and affects the vibe of the overall experience. If you're willing to overlook those factors just for the food, it might be ok, which is why I give them 3 'meh' stars.
