  • Stayed here two nights over Labor Day weekend, worst stay ever. Motel 6 would have been a better option. At least at motel 6 the beds would have been more comfortable the toilets would have flushed too. We had to take the shower water and refill our toilets with it just to flush. Call for maintenance it was late so we asked to have them come in the am, they sent someone out that night while I was in the shower, so we denied access because of that. Maintenance never came back because they said our room smelled like smoke, which we never once smoked in it. They ended up charging my account $112.00 for smoke, NO ONE ever called us to ask if we were smoking and we didn't get kicked out. We asked for a manager the following morning no one knows where the manger is we were told he will be here in the am and he's not. We went downstairs to eat breakfast, come back to our room and all my shopping bags are gone and once again no one knows where my stuff is. Thanks for the great stay Hilton, we will never be staying here again. UPDATE- Brady the manager called me today and I explained to him the incident with the housekeeper, he was great to talk to really professional and nice. I wasn't even on the phone 5 mins and I didn't ask him for a refund on my stay he told me that he is refunding my whole stay because of what had happened. Hands down the best manager I have ever spoke to, not once did he judge me or think that I wanted anything for free.
