  • Awful. We have been residents here for over a year and nothing has gotten better. Management is terrible and never in the office, so if you need anything, good luck. Also, the roach problem is OUT OF CONTROL. We keep our apartment very clean, spray once a month, and STILL living with roaches everywhere. They are inside the walls, behind the mirrors, and in all of our cabinets. Also, the complex itself is dirty and ragged. The maintenance team does a nice job and is always on call if you need them. However, the laundry room and the grounds are dirty, with trash every where. I do not recommend if you have children or are looking for a nice place to live in general. There are much nicer complexes in the area for the same price.
