| - How anyone can rate this less than 5 stars is beyond me. I've been to several theaters around the US and well as Japan and Europe, and I have to say The Smith Center is one of my favorites. Maybe I'm a little biased because it is in my city that I love so much, but honestly, when I'm here, I don't even feel like I'm in Vegas. I guess it's just unique and that's why I have so much love for it.
First thing I love is the convenience, it's located right smack dab in the middle of DTLV, and with the pedestrian bridge connecting the one of the parking garages, it's so easily accessible. I've never had an issue with parking, they have valet available, as well as plenty of self park.
No bad seats. I've sat all over the top balcony areas (have yet to grab an orchestra seat), but I truly haven't had a bad seat yet. My friend had season tickets in the dress circle area, I would tag along with her, and her seats were great.
The building is beautiful. They did a great job on the architecture. I appreciate how you cannot get internet inside the theater, it annoys me when people forget to turn off their phones.
Don't forgot to bring your reusable travel cups, they don't allow outside drinks inside.
