| - Have you ever sat in a lawn chair built into a pool filled with warm water as you gazed out onto the Las Vegas strip? If not, I urge you to. That is how I began the morning of our wedding day, in the vitality pool of The Spa at the Mandarin Oriental. It was surreal as was the fact that the spa itself was even more beautiful in person than it looked online. I sampled the steam rooms, used the shower, and drank fruit-infused water (which I should really try making it at home sometime) before my stylist whisked me away to the salon, which I had all to myself.
I was delighted with how good my blow-out looked for the wedding. It had shine, body, and just a little bit of a wave at the bottom. My make-up also was flawless, and I even had eyelash extensions put in. I appreciated that all of the cosmetics were mineral-based, as I have been trying to incorporate more natural products into my beauty routine. The stylist herself was friendly and fun to chat with about life, love, and Las Vegas.
While I primarily used The Spa as it was in our hotel anyway and I wanted to get beautified for our big afternoon, I would return if I am in town regardless of which hotel I were to stay at. Also, if you are a future Vegas bride, I would definitely recommend coming here as they will roll out the red carpet. I was even given a small goody bag as a wedding present.
