  • I went for a facial and massage in December which was wonderful... until Steve, the owner, talked me into a membership at $59.95/ month. When I found out at the beginning of January that I had to have a spinal fusion, I called and told them why I had to cancel the membership. Some twelve year old receptionist said I had to cancel with thirty days notice. So they charged me for January, which I obviously couldn't use. Today is February 15th and they just charged me again! I called and got the twelve year old again with the same story...I tried to explain that I had already paid in January for three thirty days notice and she, basically said, "tough luck". Their services are adequate IF YOU CAN USE IT! Go if you will but get out before they RIP YOU OFF FOR MONTHS!!!Just called credit card company and reported fraud!
