I love Italian food, and I love Mama Ricotta's, so that should tell you something.
Mama's (as my friend's call it) is kind of unassuming, placed as it is in a strip mall-type of place.
The restaurant itself isn't very large, which can make for some crowded times during dinner and, somewhat surprisingly, lunch.
The food is outstanding however. The pasta is homemade, and the garlic knots are a must. I am a big fan of the angel hair and the lasagna.
Some dishes may be a bit pricey, but at least you are getting quality for your money.
If you are an Italian fan and a bit tired of the chain restaurants such as Olive Garden and Carabba's, you should take a chance and check out Mama's.
