  • I made reservations for a mini van 3 months ago. I get to Thrifty at 1145 pm and they didn't have ANY cars available. Unbelievable. There were 2 customers ahead of me that got turned away and about 10 more behind me. All of us had reservations and all of us were told to catch a taxi to the hotel and come back in the morning. Never using them ever again.
