  • Many problem with them they can't even fix my HD channels break up all the time they came out on 7-15 15 an replaced some parts outside an now it's worst used stuff not new like Direct TV they used new stuff because I had it for 9 years an awesome service .. But in the complex @ Rancho Ladera off 48 street an Pidemont .. Big mistake I made I should of check out the TV service an internet where the Apartment is .. If Rancho Ladera Cares they would get ride of New Media West in Scottsdale because I can't be the only customer with problems from my bill to network that break up all the time an the tech said the bushes need to be trimmed where the dish is @ they need to find better tech that know what they are doing an on 7-16 problems as well . 7-17 they are coming out again to try to fix the problem because more customers call in with the same problem an they still want to get paid for bed service with there equipment really now they think we are all stupid an born yesterday but the complex does nothing because if they did they will get Cox in or Qwest for the people who can't get Direct of Dish Network with the Hopper not the old dish system that New media is using for there customer it a big rip off ..
