Cathy at new member service desk was one of the rudest, most demeaning humans that I have ever come across. She was rude to the person she was helping and the lady was too nice to complain. She repeatedly told the young woman how she was wrong. She also said in a volume that most persons couldn't hear how the people waiting in line were being unreasonable. I understand being busy, but there are a number of polite ways to handle the public.
Fortunately, I had Chris (i would give him 5 stars if possible) help me and he was GREAT! super friendly, kind, and was quick to help us and finish our transaction. The young lady next to Chris, couldn't help the guest but did everything in her power to rectify the situation.
