  • Bambu moved from the tiny plaza where the Hot n Juicy is to the main Chinatown plaza. I have always enjoyed bambu and their many desserts. It wasnt very busy when we went on a monday evening. This Bambu is definitely much much cleaner than the previous location. We were greeted immediately when we entered. The staff was very friendly; she provided options and gave ideas. I like that I can interact with a staff rather than just robotic answers. I ordered the Summer Delight which included grass jelly, pandan flavors and a bit of milk. It was definitely refreshing and delightful. I enjoy flavors that aren't just sweet. This drink was definitely the perfect blend; it wasnt too sweet. I liked that the ice slush melts into the dessert. They have dessert drinks, bobas, smoothies, coffees etc. Definitely a variety. I can see that they may continue to improve their inside decor as it seems very plain but it's also very new, so I'm excited to see what they end up doing with the place. I'll come back for more drinks for sure!
