  • Avoid these Loc Doc people of all costs; this is a ripoff. We had these do called professionals install a card entry system lock; a few days later we noticed the whole lock was sticking out because the "technician" who installed it was either blind or incredibly ignorant. The door was not closing properly and a screw came loose. We called them to fix the problem and they charged my stupid warehouse manager their service fee of $109 to fix their own incompetence. I only found out about the charge at a later time when it was too late to remedy this. A few days ago another screw came loose and I asked one of my staff to call them again immediately. Instead of being apologetic for their mediocre service they want to charge again another $109. This is insane. THEY SHOULD pay us for the time they are wasting us on this terrible service. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Terrible service and terrible customer service, use a chain or get a security dog, whatever u do, stay away from this Loc Doc
