  • This is a very strange company! I called to get a bid on new canvas for an awning on my second home. The sales manager said that due to liability issues I would have to be there when they come to measure. I found that weird given that I have had all kinds of work done without being there, even roof repair. I went to the trouble to contact the realtor who sold me the home, she agreed to be there to meet them. When I called Liberty back they said they'd only come out to give a bid if a "decision maker" was present. So it has nothing to do with liability it is a sales strategy, an a archaic one at that! This is like the old days when women couldn't test drive new car without their husband "decision maker" with her. I don't know how Liberty Home Products does business in AZ which is full of second homes! I left a message for Amy, one of the owners. She never called back. Don't waste your time with this company like I did.
