  • Had a great experience with Autonation Toyota this past week. My fiance and I were unfortunately in a very bad car accident, though neither of us were seriously hurt, we found out that we only got our rental car for one week and it was covered with insurance, and after that we would be shelling out the $300 a week ourselves. Looked online on saw a few cars we liked (we had a corolla before and that little guy kept us safe while it became a twisted piece of metal and we had a camry rental that we LOVED). So I put in a finance inquiry online, I probably put it in about thirty minutes before they closed and did not expect to hear anything until the next day, but right at 9pm, I got a call from one of their internet managers, Kyle who told me he was going to have everything set for us when it came to our financing when we came in the next day, I told him approx. what we were looking for and told him we would come in the next day. When we got there, he was not only ready, but remembered everything I told him the night before. We literally walked by three cars, test drove the one we wanted and that was that. It was so quick and easy and he was patient with us too as my fiance and I discussed everything before we made the decision. We worked with Carlos for the financing stuff, he was GREAT. We had a chiropractor appointment and he was not at all frustrated when we had to leave for a bit and come back, he actually took the time to look into our financing and really found us a good deal for our credit situation and explained everything with the different gap insurance policies without being pushy at all and understood when we said no to the higher priced options. They were so great working with us, they offered reimbursement up to a certain amount for the registration costs and really made the entire process as painless as possible. Having previously gone to Findlay Toyota in Henderson and not having the greatest experience, I was so glad we went to autonation this time and when we are ready to purchase as second car we will be returning to them.
